Field Technician Manager

We are seeking Field Tech Associate who will play a critical role in ensuring the installation and maintenance of our internet services. This position will be responsible for routing cables on the exterior of buildings, operating a variety of power and hand tools, troubleshooting networking issues, and providing excellent customer service. No prior industry experience is required, but candidates with relevant installation experience or certifications will be prioritized.

Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless internet equipment and services for residential and commercial customers
Route cables and wiring on the exterior of buildings while maintaining a neat and discreet appearance to ensure minimal visual impact
Operate a variety of power and hand tools safely and efficiently for installation and maintenance tasks
Diagnose and resolve networking issues to ensure a reliable internet connection for customers
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
Ensure that installations meet DigitalC standards for quality and performance

No prior industry experience is required, but candidates with experience in installation, cabling, or networking will be given strong consideration
Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting is a plus
