MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A RESIDENT CARE DIRECTOR

As a Resident Care Director at JGS Lifecare, you will oversee the daily operations of our resident care services. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing care plans, monitoring the health and well-being of residents, and leading a team of caregivers to ensure the highest level of care is provided. Your role will require strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and staff members. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents.

WOULD YOU BE A GREAT RESIDENT CARE DIRECTOR ?

To excel as a Resident Care Director at JGS Lifecare, you must possess a valid RN or LPN license and demonstrate a strong clinical background in senior care. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and decision-making skills to effectively manage a team of caregivers and coordinate resident care activities. Strong communication skills are essential to interact with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems and other software tools will be necessary to ensure accurate documentation and efficient care delivery.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
