Because of the nature of our work in disability assessments, it is exceedingly rare for the Nurse Practitioner to seek immediate assistance. - review 20% of charts on an ongoing basis, and make onsite visits twice a year, and virtual check-ins monthly with the provier. - The Supervising Physician will review NP maintenance of a log of charts reviewed, and be readily available for consultation. This is a great position for a physician who is looking for added income by supervising NPs that are neither treating nor prescribing. Because of the nature of our IME work, it is exceedingly rare for the Nurse Practitioner to seek immediate assistance.
