Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling
claims and returns; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; signing and pricing merchandise according to company policies and procedures; fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Monitors food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards are followed according to
company policies and procedures; merchandising area categories; and stocking, zoning, and cleaning all departments.
Oversees the picking and staging of club pick up orders throughout the day; policy and procedures.
monitoring progress and results; Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding,
using the Open Door Policy;
and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. The hourly wage range for this position is $20.The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.


35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Must be 18 years of age or older.
