Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients.
  • Develop and implement medical policies, protocols, and procedures in accordance with FQHC regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and overall clinic performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including monitoring patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, maintaining a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Represent the clinics in community outreach efforts and foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, and healthcare partners.
  • Stay current with developments in healthcare policies, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into clinic operations as appropriate.
  • Uphold and promote the Christian values and mission of the clinics in all aspects of work and interactions.
