Processes various customer transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, cashier's checks, cash advances, wires, etc.) Balances cash drawer, night deposits, and balances and services the ATM. Well-practiced in policy and procedure and keeps up-to-date on banking regulation changes to ensure compliance in order to protect customer and Bank assets at all times. Maintains working knowledge of Bank's consumer deposit and loan product offerings as well as business deposit and cash management services.
Provides exemplary customer service, fielding questions concerning deposit account and loan activity, fees, etc. Assists clients with deposit account and ancillary service selections in line with their needs, opening them in a timely manner.
Counsels clients on consumer financing options. Collaborates with internal partners to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial services including Wealth Management, Cash Management, and Merchant Processing.
Able to act as a banking ambassador out in the community by jointly attending events, tabling, and educating the public on matters of financial literacy and the bank's products and services.

Education/Training:
