Responsibilities

  • Automotive diagnostics
  • Conducting repairs of mechanical, electrical, Hybrid, and EV systems
  • Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least fifty pounds on a regular basis

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience or combination of Automotive technology training and experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Pay range

The greater of Flat-rate hours based on manufacturer repair times, rates range from $23.00-$41.00 per flat rate hour based upon qualifications and experience

Benefits

We offer to employees (and their families) medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Employees can enroll in our company 401k plan with matching contribution up to 2%. Employees receive 1 week vacation after 12 months of employment. Hourly employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. All employees will receive 1 hour of Washington paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Hired applicant will be able to participate in various bonus programs throughout the year. All approved training is company paid.
