Director, Strategy and Analytics

We are partnered with a high-profile entertainment firm seeking a Director, Strategy & Analytics. The position is hybrid with 3 days in office in West LA.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and develop scalable systems that drive satisfaction
- Partner with accounting and finance team to drive strategic initiatives
- Partner with SVP to build and deploy strategy and development
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and communication channels to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build relationships with cross functional leadership
- Provide data analysis
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to direct reports
- Support corporate finance teams including accounting, finance, and tax
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or tax
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- CPA or MBA
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel Skills
- Entertainment industry experience a plus
