We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented product leaders to help foster nascent ideas and products into scalable programs that can live and breathe within Prime Video content experiences. As a principal product manager, you will invent, improve and drive Prime Video ad products from end to end, in order to surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike.
Prime Video offers customers a vast collection of movies, series, and sports—all available to watch on hundreds of compatible devices. Prime members can also subscribe to 100+ channels including Max, discovery+, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, NBA League Pass and more, with no extra apps to download, and no cable required. As a Prime Video product lead, you’ll own the user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers, and you will take a key roll in determining how we commercialize it for advertisers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Develop and execute on the long-term strategy for global ad products in Prime Video, focusing on sponsorships.
Lead or critically influence planning and execution of all aspects of implementation of your products, including product, engineering, and go-to-market.
Build and drive internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders to foster best-in-class product vision.
Build and scale profitable programs for Prime Video and Amazon Advertising.
You will demonstrate your proficiency in addressing viewer, customer needs and business needs, and launch high impact products and services that satisfy Prime Video customers and drive business success with advertisers. You must have strong business judgement, customer obsession and be technical with a passion for streaming and digital advertising. You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making, and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels. You will deliver recommendations to senior executives and drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations.
Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in advertising, ad tech or working closely with brands to drive marketing and advertising outcomes.
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
