Because of the nature of our work in disability assessments, it is exceedingly rare for the Nurse Practitioner to seek immediate assistance. - review 20% of charts on an ongoing basis, and make onsite visits twice a year, and virtual check-ins monthly with the provier. - The Supervising Physician will review NP maintenance of a log of charts reviewed, and be readily available for consultation. This is a great position for a physician who is looking for added income by supervising NPs that are neither treating nor prescribing.
