Good Care Agency Inc is seeking a full time Home Care Coordinator in Brooklyn. Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating day to day duties of home health aides.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and family members.
  • Matching caregivers according to patients’ schedule and needs.
  • Ensuring that services are provided as prescribed by the patients' Plan of Care.
  • Performing basic office functions, such as scanning, faxing, filing and data entry.
  • Preparing all required documentation.
Requirements:
  • A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingual English/Russian.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Willingness to be a team player, and assist colleagues with their tasks/duties, when necessary.
Experience is desirable, but not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate.'
