Cath Lab Nurse (RN)

We are a 202-bed acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission that offers a wide range of medical services including 24/7 emergency care, cardiology, wound care, surgical services, cardiac catheterization, and imaging. The hospital is the only Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Labor and Delivery Unit in the area. In addition, Dallas Regional is the only Trauma Center for 13 miles and was the first Accredited Geriatric Emergency Room in Dallas County. The hospital is a recipient of Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Awards, 15 Healthgrades Five-Star ratings over the past three years, and Straight "A" Hospital Safety Grades from The Leapfrog Group since 2018. * Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness. Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; You may be eligible for up to $20,000 signing bonus (restrictions apply)
