Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Shannon Medical Center / Shannon South Campus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting and recent experience (within the past 2 years) in a 21-bed level 3 trauma unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma unit environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
  • Meet the requirements for a short medication test during orientation

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Recent experience (within the past 2 years) in a 21-bed level 3 trauma unit
  • TNCC, PALS, or ENPC certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
  • Ability to float to other units as needed

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed 48 hours of scheduled shifts per week
  • No overtime required until after 48 hours
