The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including managing acute medical conditions, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and communicating with patients and their families about treatment plans and expectations.
Manage and oversee the care of hospitalized patients, including assessing and treating acute medical conditions
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to coordinate patient care
Manage patient transitions of care, including discharge planning and communication with primary care providers
Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and other hospital committees as needed
ADC - low to mid-teens
No procedures or ICU
