Walk In: 4 (10 hour) days
One Saturday per month (8am-12pm)
Positions available for Family Medicine and Walk In
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. Care may be provided to any program or site. The Family Nurse Practitioner will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, support staff, other midlevel providers, OBGYN physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Lead Advance Practice Provider of Family and Adult Medicine.

New graduate or experienced Nurse Practitioners welcome

Graduate of United States accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, new graduates must pass licensing exam
Spanish fluency highly desired
