If you're a hospice or home health Jedi with a valid GA RN license, valid state driver's license, and a year of experience under your belt, we want to talk to you
Serve as a beacon of comfort and care for our patients and their families
Help patients and families understand the disease process, self-care techniques, and nutrition needs (think of yourself as a life coach, with a nursing degree)
Collaborate with the hospice team (it's like being part of a band, but less noise)
Keep accurate and timely clinical records (not as exciting, but super important)
