Part-time Physician for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
Increase your per-visit rate up to 200% with our Market Multiplier
Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)

State License (MD/DO) Required
Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in specific states These visits include a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member's home. Our part-time physician employees can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen. Part-time Signify Health clinicians:
Receive all supplies from the company
Are eligible for current compensation incentives when meeting program requirements _( rates reflect incentives, which are subject to change)_
Are paid biweekly based on completed visits (payment managed by Signify Health Payroll)
Can decide the schedule flexibility that works best for the individual provider's needs
Offer at least one day of availability every 60 days to maintain part-time employment status
Are eligible for dental and vision insurance, plus 401K (match-eligible after one year). _However, it is not mandatory to elect these benefits._
