One Federal Solution is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with at least 7 to 10 years of progressive experience executing and managing all aspects of HR. We're looking for forward-thinking problem solvers to join our extraordinary team. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in developing programs to enable individuals to progress in their careers, including setting individuals’ career goals, implementing training, and finding creative ways to enhance OFS’ culture and employee satisfaction. You’ll manage a team of HR and Recruiting Professionals to make sure necessary HR support is offered across all divisions and programs. You will also review, oversee, and assist in performing routine tasks, such as reviewing qualifications requirements, analyzing position data, onboarding new employees, and applying procedures pertaining to employee relations. Duties and Responsibilities Include the below: Establishes and implements HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives that effectively communicate and support organizational culture and strategic vision. Provides Senior level technical support for labor/employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development. Knowledgeable of State Compliance and Unemployment laws and policies for all states and US territories Manages special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules, conducting research; developing and organizing information; preparing and disseminating roll outs, etc. Identifies internal HR and Talent Acquisition training needs and training gaps in close cooperation with functional HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. Manages HR and Talent Acquisition Department team members and maintain company goals and objectives Understands and Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintains and develops the employee handbook and policies annually Provides guidance to executive and management-level staff on personnel matters. Manages benefits programs, encompassing health, dental, vision, and more Supports the Safety Manager in overseeing the Workers' Compensation program Aids the Accounting department in payroll and 401(k) program administration Spearhead the development and implementation of employee recognition initiatives. Prepares useful HR metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Gathers information and translates findings into specific corrective action, including new or revised program requirements or guidance, training, or other appropriate measures. Provides feedback and follow-up when appropriate to ensure the Office's completion of HR data analytics. Develops methods to monitor workforce maintenance and prepare analysis of personnel and quality trends. Initiates compiles and prepares data submissions for reports as required. Develops plans and perform a full range of pertinent assigned program development and evaluation segments for Corporate Executive Management activities in several program areas. Advises, coaches, and collaborate with executive team on HR policies and programs including complex employee relations issues, disciplinary policies and annual evaluations. Conducts thorough and objective internal investigations, when necessary, in consultation with executive team Provides technical advice and guidance to resolve staffing and placement requirements faced by complex organizations, including unusual or controversial ones without precedent-setting guidelines. Prepares and provides training, advice, and briefings to senior leaders, managers, supervisors, and employees on compliance with Telework regulations. Education Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required At least 7+ years' experience working in the HR industry in IT, Fintech or Government Bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management. Certification in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred. Experience utilizing human resources practices, laws, regulations, policies and procedures associated with employee relations to provide comprehensive technical and consultative services to management on employee relations issues. Experience writing/creating training presentations in order to create employee relations references and/or informational briefings for bureau employees. Experience interacting effectively with individuals at all levels in order to establish and maintain productive relationships Must be able to participate in onsite functions with corporate leadership team monthly or as needed (Position is Hybrid-Remote) Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 17 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
