Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process of all new hires
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and adherence to company policies
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Plan team building events and company parties (birthdays, baby showers. holiday parties)
- Approve employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy

**Experience**:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws
- Strong senior leadership skills with the ability to present to senior management

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
