Senior Business Operations and Transformation Lead

Reporting to the Operations Lead, Commercial Lines, the role is responsible for the implementation and execution of operational initiatives to support organic growth and revenue retention. This role will manage the commercial lines service team in the assigned region, to ensure optimization of customer experience, operational efficiencies, change management and transformation. The role will collaborate with and work closely with the operations leadership team. Execute all commercial lines operations in assigned region to ensure the best client experience possible.
Responsible for managing the Commercial Lines employees within assigned region.
Communicate consistently with Operations Leads and Agency Leadership as necessary.
Collaboration with human resources around personnel management and employee relations.
Responsible for executing business processes to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Will handle a Commercial book of business as an Account Executive or Senior Account Manager.

Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail
Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data and reporting.
Ability to make appropriate and timely key business decisions.
Effective change management, time management, and follow-up skills
Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience.
Minimum 6 years of technical commercial lines insurance experience.
Minimum 2 years successfully managing a team.
