As an Installation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and service of Commercial video and HSD systems while leading, mentoring, and directing technicians.
Directing employee activity, which can involve hands-on guidance in the field, to achieve performance goals for the location
* Building a high performance work team to deliver an advanced level of quality and service in all daily activities
* Managing the installation and service of Commercial and MDU video and HSD systems
* This Installation Manager role is very hands-on. The success of the Installation Manager is based on the performance of their team so it is essential that you have the confidence and ability to effectively coach, train, and develop team members. 5+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of MDU or Commercial Video and HSD systems
* Willingness to travel up to 50% and work nonstandard hours as needed to support business needs

Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
* Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization;
* Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
