We are looking for a dedicated Division Quality Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.
Seeking a Division Quality Coordinator to provide expertise and champion results. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do.
Supervise and administer the Division Laboratory Quality Assurance programs under the direction of the IRL Quality Director, Division Director and medical directors to meet patient care and regulatory agency requirements.
Coordinate and monitor all regulatory agency inspection preparedness activities.
Work with department leaders to implement new programs monitor performance, collect and evaluate performance data, develop corrective action plans, assist in the training and education of personnel regarding quality activities
Support the Quality and Division Directors in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities.
4 year Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
~ 3-5 years of quality assurance and regulatory agency compliance experience
~1-3 years in a clinical laboratory setting with quality assurance and/or point-of-care testing
