Transcorp Services is working to build a team of motivated and customer-oriented individuals to help it provide unparalleled customer service. Transcorp Services LLC is seeking a Business Analyst for the Fulfillment Operations team.
About our Fulfillment Operations team: The Fulfillment Operations team owns innovation in operations and works cross-functionally to bring new fulfillment solutions to market in partnership with retailers. It is charged with creating step-change improvements in growth, customer experience, operations, and shopper experience as we focus on creating new solutions across our multiple operating models that accelerate the future of grocery.
Highlights: This role will work with the operations management team and our external partners to support two primary objectives. 1) Design and implement key performance indicators that help the organization see and improve its performance. These include areas such as pick and stow efficiency, inventory accuracy, overtime costs, and setting performance goals. 2) Own the replenishment process which includes reporting inventory levels and working closely with our customer on the replenishment process.
Work with the Transcorp leadership team to develop KPIs that the operations team will use to manage the site
Monitor and report on inbound and inventory performance including: In-Full, On-Time, Waste, and other Order Management Metrics
Leverage WMS and replenishment tool to manage item level order settings and monitor the nightly ordering process
Identify and prevent data integrity challenges related to ordering and receiving
Support various fulfillment activities as required
Interpersonal communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
~ Experience performing business processes in a fulfillment environment
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
~Inventory management, warehouse management, or supply chain focus preferred
~ Intermediate SQL and Excel skills. Ability to dissect data and present findings in an easy-to-understand format
~ Experience working in fulfillment or retail environment (preferred)
~ Flexible schedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekends
~ Be able to understand, communicate, and comply with basic safety and job expectations, including performance and quality standards
