Estimated Start Date: ASAP Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,233.82 Duration: 1*3 Weeks* Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Rehab Hours Per Week: 36 Shift: Days OR Nights Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on recovery and maximizing patient independence.
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care post-discharge.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the MEDITECH EMR system.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Rehab or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in MEDITECH or similar EMR systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
