As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a supportive environment focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care post-discharge.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Rehab or similar setting.
