Race Winning Brands is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. The Engineering Manager leads a site group of engineers, designers and technicians to execute new product development projects on time and on budget working with RWB Product Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. If applicable, ensure custom part engineering achieves lead time targets, cost expectations and adherence to design standards. Support Manufacturing and Quality as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and interface with Sales and Customer Service teams to incorporate voice of the customer data into product improvements in order to drive continuous improvement.
This position is located at Rekluse in Boise, ID, with some travel required.
Staff according to current and future workloads
Ensure inspection, design and performance capabilities meet those required for each product
Continuously improve engineering practices, systems and processes
Act as a project manager on major engineering and product projects

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar engineering discipline.

Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Some travel required.
