Operations
As assigned, train staff in all program and person-related activities/needs.
Brainstorm topics for monthly staff meetings and assist in running meetings as requested.
Manage health care appointments; Oversee medication management onsite: (Create and maintain an activity plan with person(s) and other in-house staff.
Create and update weekly meal planning in coordination of the person(s) food budget and within dietary needs with the person(s).
Create housekeeping and home maintenance plan with person(s) and then coordinate efforts with all site employees to perform; basic house cleaning schedule, laundry, and purchasing of groceries and household supplies.
Flexible with schedule to fill in for meetings, appointments, and gaps in staffing support.
Financial management of individual(s) funds and house funds.
Give proper notice and follow the reporting chain of command when unable to report to a work shift.
