We are looking for a Director, Bank Agile Product Management for the Payment Product team, which is responsible for payment strategy and insights to product management and enhancements to our payment services offered to our members. The payments team manages the full lifecycle of all payments products and services offered for FSB members which include: Bill pay, Zelle, Account Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire.

Leads a team who is responsible for delivering solutions for Bank product(s) using Agile methodologies that will enable the business to achieve business results and customer value. Partners with and engages senior leaders/stakeholders to ensure product being delivered is aligning to the Bank’s objectives and the overall business strategy. Ensures all work is completed within all regulatory and compliance policies and processes.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Leads an agile team(s) assigned to developing solutions for implementing the Bank’s business objectives aligned to the department and company strategy.
Responsible for creating and implementing policies and processes for delivering agile methodologies that will meet business results and are aligned to strategic business objectives and required outcomes. Manages project assignments and prioritization of work for Agile teams. Makes data driven decisions as needed related to funding and resource allocation.
Ensure assigned Bank projects are completed within financial regulatory and compliance policies and that risk issues identified are mitigated as required.
Applies expert knowledge and removes escalated impediments to the team’s success and assists in conflict resolution, issue and dependency management.
Coordinates, coaches, supports and guide leaders and teams in Agile principles, values and practices.
Maintains stakeholders informed of project status to include Senior Leaders. Builds and oversees a team dedicated to excellence through recruiting, developing, retaining, coaching, guiding, performance management and managerial activities.
Has full management responsibility for some members of the Agile team, e.g., Product Owner from their own business area, including responsibilities for hiring, firing, development and providing input on compensation decisions.

Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years’ experience in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis to include 2+ years of that experience within a financial services organization.
~Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or user experience design within a financial organization.
~ Agile Scrum best practices and experienced being a product owner for a scrum team
~ Knowledge and experience of multiple technical software delivery methodologies such as Agile, and SAFe.
~ Experience analyzing business requirements, process flows and use cases to identify opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements.

~ Comprehensive experience in applicable banking regulatory and compliance policies.


A strong track record with business knowledge in the financial services sector with subject-matter expertise in multiple payment rails, to include strong working knowledge of cross technology impacts and the role it plays in the success of the product.
Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues as it pertains to payments products and through proper statue and authority will counsel and escalate early and when necessary
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
