MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a leading prover of mental health services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our geriatric patients and residents who are facing mental health challenges in the LTC community. Compensation: Compensation: $130,000 Salary Per year Plus Bonus Opportunities + ($5K sign-on Bonus)

Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to evaluate residents' mental health status
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy options
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top tier Psychiatric care for residents
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to residents
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Offers education and support to residents and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options
Promote mental health awareness and wellness among residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance mental health care services within the facility
Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
completion of Advanced Practice Nurse Program for Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state in which you've applied (OH, PA, WV, FL IN, VA)
Active and unrestricted DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) (We will help obtain)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in long-term care facilities
Direct experience with long-term care communities is preferred as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Ability to travel within territory (75 mile radius of home residence)
Mileage reimbursement
