Job Summary The EBI (Enterprise Business Intelligence) team is searching for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst Senior to test and validate software solution for AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to validate test cases, perform test data setup and execute scenarios in various test environment. This role requires understanding of various test process, defect management and reporting. The resource should be able to work with business owner, understand the functionality and prepare SQL to derive data from systems. Job Description What You’ll Do: Prepare, execute and manage test plans, as well as define test data setup. Ensure accuracy and integrity of our data by executing proper SQL. Manage QA process (e.g., tools used, documentation, communication, team responsibilities) Perform QA function including testing script standards & results documentation Interact with Business Owner / Function Lead to understand the business and scope for validation. Perform quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices Responsible for Integration, End-To-End, Production Validation, and Regression testing Competent on Functional testing / API testing and Database validations Work within quality assurance frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability Prepare and create Test Data to support UAT & End-To-End validation. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with product owners, engineering, data science, and performance analytics Where appropriate review and approve QA plans and solution proposals ensuring alignment with standards Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management using Agile methodologies Plan and manage the evaluation of software processes; Identifies, proposes, and initiates software process improvement activities within the organization Able to work in Global Delivery Model.
