Inova Alexandria Hospital (IAH) is hiring for an experienced *Registered Nurse *for our *Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. * IAH offers a newly renovated, 16-bed, Level III NICU. Newborns who are premature or have special needs are well care for around the clock in out centered NICU by specially trained, board-certified neonatologists as well as specialized nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists and nutritionists.

*Requirements:*
* *Experience: *At least 1 year of NICU RN experience.
* *Education*: BSN, MSN or ADN required. If RN has an ADN, must complete BSN within 24 months of state date.
* *Licensure and Certification: *BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
* Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
* Proficient computer skills required.
