Requirements: 
IL license
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must have experience working in a similar size facility (Level 4/smaller.)
Must have experience with limited resources
BLS
Pediatric experience is a plus
Highly prefer previous travel experience
Other Details:Floating within skill set. Can float to ICU, L&D, ER and psych to be helping hands.Charting System: Cerner Corporation - MillenniumNurse:Patient Ratios: Days 1:5-6, Nights 1:6Common diagnoses/Types of patients: This is a MedSurg/Tele/Peds unit. Take patients from 1 month old & up. Recently had an increase in pediatric population. RSV, influenzas, antibiotics - peds are not high acuity. Most common patients - adults-geriatrics - general MedSurg/Tele patients: CHF, COPD, cellulitis, ortho, infectious disease, podiatry, GI, chest tubes, COVID, post cath, controlled A-fib, ETOH detox. No Bipap. No neuro coverage - no CVAs. No urology coverage.
