Assistant Brand Manager

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for contributing to and activating the marketing strategy and vision for the Brand. You’ll lead projects across consumer communications and product innovation and renovation, as well as inspire other to work with agility.
Participate in the development of marketing plan(s) and contribute to objectives, strategies, and tactics that will push new products & programs to market
Lead cross-functional and agency teams through strategy, development, and execution of communications for target audience (including print/collateral/digital/etc.)
Analyze partnerships & programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency and make on-going recommendations for improvements
Conduct market research to help inform business and brand decisions
Assist in managing budgets as well as other analytical assessments such as share, sales, and P&L performance for the brand
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
4+ years of business experience working in a professional environment, with 2+ of those years in any of the following areas: brand marketing, sales or marketing strategy, self-employed entrepreneur or business analytics
