Key duties will include:

As the Validation Manager, you will provide leadership, deliver strategic improvements to current systems including insight for capital expenditures to maintain quality/validation systems.
Oversee equipment and instrumentation risk assessments by conducting periodic reviews, APR tuning and establishing CPV programs for real time trends.
Maintain and improve manufacturing, packaging, computer system, cleaning, file storage and change control programs for the business.
Facilitate audit activity and validation training
Manage documentation, audit, and provide risk assessment guidance.

Education & Experience include:

Bachelor’s Degree (Science or Engineering), Advanced Degree preferred.
5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably related to Validation, Quality, and Process Development.
Experience leading and managing validation activities required.
