You are enrolled or completed in graduate-level ABA courses, and actively working towards certification as a BCBA
You have 1 year experience of conducting ABA therapy with clients with Autism
Autism affects each person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent, calm care and follow-up.
Completion of a minimum of 1000 restricted hours of ABA therapy overseen by a BCBA
You have basic computer skills and pick up new technology quickly. We will teach you how to use our electronic medical system, where you will enter notes, assessments, and treatment summaries after each session.
The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) is responsible for assisting an assigned BCBA or Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator supports/trains the client's family to facilitate the generalization of therapy gains across people and environments under the direction of the BCBA or Clinic Director. Finally, the role also manages a Behavior Therapist team under close supervision of the BCBA/Clinic Director, including training, supervision, and performance feedback.
