You dedicated a great deal of time and energy to becoming a BCBA; We provide our BCBAs with targeted administrative support, to allow you to better focus on your clinical responsibilities. Clinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies)
* Report writing
* Conduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with the Therapist(s) and caregiver(s)
* Provide training and on-going support to caregivers and staff
* Start part-time with the intention of going full-time once approrpriate caseload is ready to be assigned
MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or any other related area of study from an accredited institution
* 3 + years experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities and mental health disorders
* Experience with severely challenging behaviors and the design and implementation of related assessment and intervention strategies
* Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practices
* Knowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention, and areas of practice specific to developmental disorders
* Bilingual skills valued and are highly encouraged to apply
* This job will be an in-clinic position.
