The Counselor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments within our organization. Serves as therapist in IOP and continued care groups, as well as provide individual therapy as needed for SUD and/or mental health disorders
~ Organizes and makes educational presentations related to behavioral health and recovery
~ Collaborates with medical staff and treatment team as a whole
~ Responsible for maintaining electronic health records which include documentation of treatment activity and progress
~ Ensures that patient records are accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory standards
~2nd Shift / Hours 12:30PM-8:30PM


Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Flexible and creative team player
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the SUD field.
Experience and comfort with working in an electronic medical record.
Knowledgeable and well-versed in various recovery modalities, including SMART Recovery, Women for Sobriety, 12-Step, Recovery Dharma, etc.
Ability to travel to various sites
