It is an exciting time to be a nurse at HCA Healthcare Help to advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for your patients as a (an) Infection Control RN. This is a Full Time Day shift position, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm *
As an Infection Control RN, you will assist with the coordination of all aspects of the facility infection prevention and control program. Directly involved with activities directed toward prevention and control of healthcare-associate infections. Serves as an infection prevention and control consultant for facility staff, patients, and the community. Interacts with physicians, outside agencies, corporate/divisional staff as well as all departments within the facility.
Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing, Associate's degree required, BSN required within 24 months of hire
~ Minimum of 3 years current clinical experience in an acute care hospital
~1-2 years experience in Infection Prevention and Control preferred
~ Strong computer skills
