*What you'll do:*
* Work with a diverse range of K – 12th grade school-aged clients, tailoring services to meet their unique needs and developmental stages.
* Assist and evaluate students in speech, articulation, fluency, and language development, employing a holistic approach to enhance their communication skills.
* Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement targeted interventions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to student progress.
* Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive reports highlighting areas of strength and improvement, focusing on aspects of voice, speech, and fluency for informed decision-making.
* Develop unique treatment plans with a child and family-first mentality, considering the individual needs and circumstances of each student and their family.
* Actively participate in and/or conduct Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations to support students' communication goals and objectives.
* Adhere to confidentiality guidelines in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of information related to children and their families.

*What You Bring:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Related Field
* Valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license
* Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other professionals
* Strong leadership skills
