Licensed California speech pathologists needed immediately to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. If you are wanting to find a position where your skills are honored and you create a caseload you desire, this is the position for you A boutique clinic, where clinicians are supported by a highly skilled administrative team and collaborative clinical team, CCLLC creates an environment where your skills and expertise are valued. _*What makes us stand out: *_ - all individual sessions - create your own schedule - minimal administrative duties as the team of behind you \*Your focus will be on the clinical work, collaboration with MD's, teachers, and families *Responsibilities:* - Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results - Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages with various communication and swallowing difficulties - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain detailed patient records, progress and re-evaluation reports *Qualifications:* - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology - State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language - Strong skills in patient assessment and care delivery - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in adult and cognitive communication is a plus - Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, school settings is a plus *Skills: * - Independence and drive for relationship based therapy We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as *health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities* *and sign on bonus of $10,000 for qualified applicant.* Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with speech-language disorders.
