Training Specialist
What does a successful Training Specialist do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies, and merchants.
As a successful Associate Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering training on Fiserv core systems and products. The Training Coordinator trains on both the technical and functional aspects of the Fiserv systems and products, creating and performing training for a range of skill levels.
Facilitate new hire and continuing education programs for Global Business Solutions SMB client management, account management, and sales support organizations.
Prepare and conduct training sessions on Fiserv core software and products for continued learning.
Partner with product, process, and sales enablement SMEs to ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education programs.
Plan and direct webinars or other classroom-style training.
Aid in the development and implementation of measurement processes for training.
1 year of Training experience or 1 year or more in a similar business-function role; client/account management, sales support.
2 or more years of experience working in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Experience in the production and delivery of hands-on training, webinar training, classroom-style training, and ‘Train the Trainer' courses.
Experience in adult learning methodologies.
