Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and sales leaders to meet the broad and specific needs of the Enterprise Sales and Relationship Management teams.
  • Apply industry-leading facilitation and development skills to build and deliver highly engaging learning experiences for a high-energy, fast-paced, elite sales force.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and manager-coach development across the full range of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
  • Work closely with subject-matter experts to quickly synthesize detailed, technical, and conceptual information into clear, measurable learning objectives.
  • Effectively leverage learning and sales enablement technology (LMS, CMS, CRM, delivery technology, and development tools) to provide highly engaging learning experiences.
  • Use strong change management, emotional intelligence, and soft influence skills to unify disparate teams into a consistent, enterprise sales L&D program.
  • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate large and small-scale learning events.
  • Assist with the management of third-party vendor relationships to effectively collaborate to deliver learning content and navigate the procurement and diligence processes needed to establish and maintain those relationships.
  • Continuously work to elevate the effectiveness and experience of all assigned learning and development efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning and development needs and identify or develop solutions according to those needs.
  • Identify and collaborate with the most qualified subject matter experts to translate detailed, technical, and conceptual information into clear, measurable learning objectives.
  • Effectively coordinate, trace, evaluate, and report on multiple learning and development efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated first-class facilitation skills.
  • 3+ years of comprehensive L&D experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Learning and Development principles.
  • Experience using LMS, CMS, content development, CRM, and other learning and sales enablement technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales methodology facilitation accreditation from independent vendors (Force Management preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or certification (CPTD, APTD, etc.) in L&D or related field.
  • Large-scale consultative sales experience.
  • Experience with Cornerstone, Brainshark, Sharepoint, Rise 360, MS Teams, Webex, Salesforce, and Highspot/Seismic/Big Tin Can.
