About the Job:

  • The Director of Case Management provides overall management and strategic leadership of the Resources Management Services Program throughout the facility and affiliated service lines.
  • Representing Resource & Case Management Services, the Director is responsible for facility-wide oversight of the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Case Management Services, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the Resource & Case Management Program, leadership of Resource Management Department team members, resource development and implementation, and measurement, reporting and audit of Case Management Services Performance Metrics.
  • Reporting to the Facility Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Case Management Services develops internal and external growth initiatives in coordination with the facility's strategic growth initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of progressive, clinical Resource/Case Management Services experience is required.
  • Associate's degree in nursing, healthcare administration or related discipline is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration or related discipline is strongly preferred. 
  • Supervisory and/or management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Maintain current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to position (e.g. RN state licensure).
