Epic ASAP App Analyst

CCHS is looking for an Epic Analyst for their Behavioral Health team. They must be Ambulatory or ASAP certified and have experience with build and support. Coordinates and provides initial and follow-up training to customers, working with the analyst team to clarify workflow, and then creating training curriculum.
• Develops and maintains training environments and materials, and provides role-based education (classroom setting, handouts, e-learning, etc.)
• Responds to training requests, documentation requests, and Service Desk tickets assigned to Training, scheduling training and providing training resources in a timely manner.
• Participation in testing and workflow validation efforts.
• Ambulatory or ASAP certified
• Epic build experience required
• Experience triaging and supporting Epic Ambulatory or ASAP; Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks

Prior Epic employee desired
• Certifications or credentials for other Epic applications a plus
• Solid understanding of processes/procedures and workflow within a hospital/clinical/health plan setting
• County awards preference for military veterans
