Join our East Point team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing compassionate and expert care directly in patients' homes.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding at-home infusion care, centered on individual patient needs
  • Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care
  • Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required
  • Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care
Qualifications:
  • Nursing degree with significant RN experience
  • Active GA nursing license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software
