Incumbents perform the more difficult and responsible types of duties assigned to classes within the series including maintaining small to medium systems and/or sections of large County systems and performing systems analysis duties. Substitution for Education: Additional-qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, up to a maximum of four (4) years.
