Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for UH Samaritan Medical Center located in Ashland, Ohio. S amaritan is a small acute care facility conveniently located between two of Ohio’s largest cities, Cleveland and Columbus. They are a top 100 Rural and Community Health Hospital. This is a great opportunity for a dietitian with an interest in leadership. This position will provide inpatient clinical coverage and will oversee the patient dining program.
$3,000 Sign on Bonus

The successful candidate will:
- manage the clinical nutrition program at UH Samaritan Medical Center;
- collaborate with the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system;
- spend 75% of time in clinical care;
- foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
- proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward;
- oversee the preparation the Joint Commission/state/federal and company standards; and
- drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for Dietitians who will:
- be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience (required) and demonstrate a great clinical knowledge base;
- have strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment;
- demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills; and/or
- have experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care.

Credentials Requirement:

Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Basic Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners
