OnsiteAs a* Senior* *Systems Engineer, *you will join our *Air Traffic Solutions - Domestic Air Traffic Control *team in Marlborough, MA*. *Air Traffic Solutions is developing the next generation Air Traffic Control and Weather Data Reporting systems, GPS aided navigation, as well as providing support to existing fielded systems.
***This position provides a *flexible work schedule,* including a couple days working from home each week, along with every other Friday off through our *9/80 work model*. ***
*You will provide technical support and clarification of requirements to software development teams & test personnel

* You will perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement verification and validation.

* You will support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning / development

* You will participate in daily program scrum meetings and provide status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks.

*Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience in systems engineering or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years experience in systems engineering

* Experience with IBM DOORS, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and systems engineering and architecture tools

* S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

*Development experience on an FAA Government Contract

* Experience with Agile Development Processes

*  The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
