The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the 3 North-Surgical & Pediatrics floor. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates
$15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience
$25,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience
