Full Time Clinical Director

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Home Healthcare team in the South East region. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care in the comfort of their homes. As a steward of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, the Clinical Manager will oversee all aspects of clinical operations, from staff supervision and training to compliance with healthcare regulations.
The Clinical Manager will oversee the daily operations of home healthcare services within the South East region
Coordinate and manage patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and caregivers while ensuring that patient care is provided in accordance with physician orders and established home healthcare protocols.
Conduct weekly staff meetings to communicate updates, discuss patient care, and address any issues or concerns.
Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff, including the implementation of infection control measures.
*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
Current, unrestricted therapy license (PT, OT, SLP) in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health care or related field, and at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Clinical Manager
Demonstrate knowledge of clinical practices, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to home health care, proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare technology, organizational and time management skills, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals
Must possess the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, their families and other healthcare providers, knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant health care regulations, strong communication skills, both written and verbal and to provide on-call support as needed
